The electromagnets type FR-E are electromagnets with a high lifting capacity, three times higher than the circular electromagnets with same size, improving the performance of the installation, furthermore it’s shape allows to access to rectangular containers in which the electromagnets are necessary for separating low density scrap.
The improvement in the capacity of the electromagnet is due to the fact that the raised material is attracted by the external pole not creating the “inverted cone” shape, allowing the elevation and separation of higher amount of material since it gets stuck along the perimeter of the electromagnet.
The electromagnets of this series are manufactured according to the customer specifications of width and length dimensions so the perfect electromagnet for each application is supplied.
These type of electromagnets, although they can be powered in a traditional manner by any 220 V voltaje source, use a special electric equipment in order to maintain it’s high quality standards.
