In the beginning of this year, there have been installed and started-up various installations for the manipulation of thick steel plates used for the manufacture of wind generators for an important industrial group situated in Asturias.
The installations are composed by 4 electromagnets and they have been supplied in two fixed beams and a telescopic electrohydraulic beam. All the electromagnets have equal dimensions, 300 x 1400 mm and are specially designed for this job.
The installations are completed with an electric feeding and control equipment for the telescopic beam, the customer already had electric equipments for the supply to the magnets.
